The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) has promulgated a directive on implementing solutions to ensure supply and demand balance and to stabilise the local market.
Efforts to stabilise milk prices have succeeded to an extent, but
concerned agencies continue to face difficulties in carrying out this
task, a Finance Ministry official says.
The Vietnamese stock markets performed well last
year and, and with the improving economic fundamentals, the trend is
expected to continue this year, experts told a seminar in HCM City last
Saturday.
Ha Noi will provide VND318 billion (roughly US$15 million) in
zero-interest loans between July 2013 and April 2014 in a bid to
stabilise the price of essential goods.
The municipal administration plans to step up efforts to help local
enterprises surmount difficulties and stabilise production and other
business activities, a Vietnam Economic Times report said.
